About Us
The Forge Hammer is located in Lower Lydbrook in the Wye Valley just 100m from The River Wye.
We are able to offer a range of cask conditioned ales, draught lagers and ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks.
Our microbrewery is know as Lydbrook Valley Brewing Company. Production started in April 2018, our first beer is an I.P.A (India Pale Ale), we Havh a Best Bitter called Viaduct Ale and a carbonated Pale ale called Fizzy (after the well known 50cc Yamaha FS1-E motorbike)
From Easter until the end of September we have a Gourmet Burger truck situated in the car park at The Forge Hammer. Serving a selection of different snacks, meals and drinks. Open in the morning to serve early birds whether they be local, canoers, walkers or just passers by.
Incorporated within The Forge Hammer is River Spice Indian takeaway.
