At Forest Hills Golf Club near Coleford you'll find a stunning 6,300 yard par 72 course. With visitors welcome and challenges for all levels it's an ideal day out for those who have always wanted to give it a go as well as those with experience. There's a driving range to improve technique as well as the fun 'footgolf' for something a little different. The Coffee Republic lounge is open to all and also makes an ideal location for meetings. There is a bar and restaurant, conference facilities and weddings are held here too.
Monmouth Golf Club is arguably the prettiest golf course in Wales with gorgeous views across the Monmouthshire hills, including from the clubhouse. It has a friendly welcome and a well stocked bar and visitors are also very welcome so if you've always wanted to give golf a try now is the time.
You'll find the brilliant 15 hole Krazy Golf Lydney at Taurus Crafts with a theme based on local attractions, an American style cafe and an indoor games barn too. Loads of fun for all ages guaranteed and the winner gets that all important certificate.
Then there's Wye Valley Miniature Golf at Symonds Yat West - a 12 hole, Roman fantasy, miniature golf course also with butterfly zoo and laser ops on site.
