Located on the edge of Westbury-on-Severn is Ardens Farm, a three storey Grade II listed farmhouse, complete with everything you need to explore the Forest of Dean. This spacious house is set within a working farm and provides plenty of room for families and large groups and is pet friendly, so your four legged friends can join you too!
The house is steeped in original features and the accommodation stretches over three floors. The ground floor has two reception rooms, which are beautifully finished, a large formal lounge complete with an open fire and French doors which open on to a private garden and a smaller lounge area, also with an open fire. A kitchen/diner sits towards the rear of house and is perfect for entertaining, providing plenty of space for dinner parties and more. For those of you who love getting out and about, store your bikes and muddy walking boots in the utility room and even clean yourself off with the ground floor shower. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, a family bathroom, complete with bath and shower and an additional WC, on the next floor, there are two further bedrooms and plenty of space, so guests can please themselves without bothering other members of the group.
As well as the spacious house, guests also have use of the enclosed garden which features a hot tub.
Ardens Farm is perfectly placed for exploring the Forest of Dean, which is just five miles from Westbury on Severn. The village itself has plenty to offer visitors, including eateries and attractions, as well as picturesque walks and cycle routes. This whole region is great for those that love the outdoors and exploring and with plenty of space at the house for bikes, its ideal for those who want a relaxing cycling break. Alternatively, head to Gloucester, which is just 10 miles away, where you can find all the culture and hubbub of a city.
