Situated in a rural hamlet of character cottages, Meadow Byre is a converted traditional milking barn complete with a vaulted ceiling and exposed oak beams. It's full of rustic charm combined with modern day convenience. It provides five star holiday accommodation coupled with a range of wonderful onsite holiday facilities to enjoy.
This detached character holiday cottage sleeps up to 4 people with two bedrooms, with the ground floor master bedroom being en-suite and suitable for guests with mobility issues. The single-storey barn is open-plan with a glass-fronted Norwegian Jotul wood burner in the lounge area, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen/diner. Meadow Byre is family and dog friendly (by prior arrangement) with a secure garden area.
It's the perfect spot for a family holiday or two couples holidaying together.
Meadow Byre is perfectly placed for days out in the forest and is short drive to most of the main Forest of Dean and Wye Valley attractions and activities. It offers woodland walks straight from the door for guests. There is also onsite Falconry Experiences (bookable in advance), treetop picnic tower, woodland hot tub (bookable), children's outdoor and Young Farmers play areas with sit on tractor, heated games room and a soft play area for the under 5's.
Private Chef dining and spa treatments can be arranged.
