Our beautiful holiday cottage

The Granary is a self-contained holiday let that sleeps two. The building is a converted stone barn, that has been updated to a high specification while retaining the traditional charm. Our cottage is ideally located in Newent, and offers seclusion and solitude for two, in a rural setting.

We have excellent amenities available and friendly staff to ensure you're comfortable during your stay.

Prices start at £140 per night depending on the time of the year. Minimum 3 night stay.

Road Directions

Follow directions on SAT NAV and then when coming down Briery Hill Lane, keep going past the private road sign and you will eventually see a banner to “Briery Hill Llamas”. Then follow the long farm lane down until you will approach a designated parking area on the right. Please park on the gravelled parking area which is sign posted “Shepherd’s Hut parking”. If unsure, continue to orange house which is Briery Hill House and the owner will direct you from there.

Public Transport Directions

There is a bus stop at the end of Briery Hill Lane which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Shepherd’s Hut.

A car is the best method of transport.
