Enjoy a coffee or tea on arrival while you meet your guide. Our team will get you kitted up with helmets and the correct electric pedal assisted bike from our fleet.
After a little instruction on how to operate your e-bike, you are ready to head out with your experienced and knowledgeable guide.
Using surfaced forest tracks and bridleways, you will be guided through the history and development of the Forest of Dean, visiting sites of interest and identifying and describing any flora or fauna you may come across along the way.
With over 40 years of forestry experience living and working in the Forest of Dean, your guide is ideally qualified to describe the history and management of the forest that has led to the forest you see today.
Using the battery on your e-bike to give you a boost up the hills, if required, you will have enough breath to ask all the questions you can think of.
Keep your eyes open for wildlife as you venture onto some of the less visited forest tracks.
This tour is suitable for anyone age 16+ who wants a little more than just a ride through the forest.
