About Us

The historic Coral Welsh Grand National is the biggest day in Chepstow Racecourse's calendar and is the pride of Welsh racing. This fixture attracts visitors in their thousands and some of the finest long-distance chasers to the premier racecourse in Wales.

The roll of honour of this great race carries some very special names such as Native River, Potter's Corner and last year's winner, Nassalam!

Coral Welsh National day at Chepstow is always a special occasion. The excitement of the prestigious race combined with a patriotic Welsh crowd and lingering Christmas cheer ensures the perfect ingredients for a fantastic day out with friends and family.
